Fast

Fast shutter speed worked for these photos because I was able to capture the butterfly clearly even though it was moving its wings, and it worked for the train photo because the child was moving the train so I was also able to capture that as if it wasn't moving.

Slow

Slow shutter speed worked for both photos because I was able to capture the idea of motion and it made the photos more interesting.
